► Work Package Manager for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) Etalon Control Electronics.• Technical, schedule, and budgetary authority for a complex opto-mechanical subsystem.• Design advancement from Development Model to Flight Model of the control electronics.• Engineering supervision over the parts procurement and assembly of the Engineering and Flight Models.• Test lead for board level, system level, and environmental subsystem testing. (EMC/EMI, optical performance, shock, thermal vacuum, vibration).► Test Lead for the JWST Fine Guidance Sensor (FGS) Electromagnetic Compatibility testing, JWST Delivery compliance testing, and Ambient Functional tests.• Test Development and execution.• General test management (personnel, test setup, equipment, schedule, and budget).• Customer Interface► Electrical Lead for the JWST FGS &NIRISS Subsystems.• Led the investigation and resolution of a class 1 non-conformance on JWST mission critical electronics. • Managed the assembly, integration, and test of four (1 spare) flight JWST Fine Guidance Sensor Electronic assemblies. Leveraged experience with design for manufacturing and test to decreased overall schedule.• Customer (Canadian Space Agency and NASA) interface for all electrical JWST queries. Maintained and fostered strong customer relations which directly contributed to requests for additional work outside of the original contract.► Completed Project Management Mentorship Program ► Principal Proposal Investigator • Generation and compilation of all technical proposal content as well as the basis of estimate reports, work breakdown structures, and cost estimates.► Additional Engineering Support Roles• Led the investigation and resolution into failures of in-house built solar panels for the M3MSat mission.• Detector characterization Test Lead for E2V and Teledyne detectors.• Root cause specialist.• Lab maintenance, ESD certification, humidity control, equipment calibration.
