My key responsibilities includes:- Head of International Indirect Tax CoE. Instrumental in setting up the CoE at Pune- Managing a team of 17 tax professionals looking after VAT/GST compliance for all major Eaton entities located in EMEA, APAC and Canada region- Develop and deploy standard compliance process across all countries- Develop strategies related to mitigation of non-compliance risk related to VAT/GST- SME for automation projects such as deployment of TR OneSource solution- Manager of people - Building the capability of the team through coaching and mentoring

At Eaton TCO, I was responsible for end to end compliance related to Indirect taxes in India. I was also responsible for Accounts Receivables, pricing, SOX and accruals. Additionally, I led Oracle manufacturing and financials implementation as finance functional lead.
