Leading a team of five developers in the performance advertising group. The team deals with automating various processes of content annotation where the content is currently mainly limited to ads. I was part of the project from initiation to prototyping and productization. The framework deals with simple automation steps like data fetching and labeling to complex steps like detection of superlative claims using NLP and detection of objects in images using image processing algorithms. The project dealt with designing a scalable system which can work at the scale of advertising on Amazon and provide a better experience for both advertisers and customers.Conceptualization and prototyping of an experimentation framework for the performance advertising system to allow developers and business teams and eventually advertisers to evaluate the impact of changing various configurable parameters on the auction dynamics.
