 Preparation of HSE Management Plan & Environmental Management Plan for the Project. Preparation of Safe Operating Procedure (SOP) for various activities. Provide valuable inputs for preparing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control (HIRAC) for various activities. Preparation and Implementation of Environmental Aspect-Impact Register for various activities. Verification of Legal requirements / Consents / Licenses / Register of Regulations etc. Preparation and documentation of On-Site and Off- Site Emergency Preparedness & Response plan. To introduce to maintain all work permit system depending upon the nature of the job.  Identifying Root Cause Analysis for accidents / incidences and implementing CA/PA etc. Preparation and execution of Monthly Safety Activity Plan (MAP). Conduct Weekly Safety Walk (Proactive Safety Observation Program along with the client). Conduct induction training & other safety training programmed among worker with staff.  Conducting Safety Committee Meetings & Integrated Management System review meetings. To enhance safety awareness in employee interested parties, customer and contract workmen through safety Promotional activities like safety day celebration, fire service day, safety sign, safety posters, safety training Programs etc.
