Responsible for overall commercial issues starting from sub-con payments to the project cost reports, variations, claims, negotiations with client’s cost control team etc.

- Managed post-contract commercials consultancy aspects- Reviewing contractor’s payment applications and issuing interim payment certificates.- Negotiation and agree close out of final account and issuing of final payment certificates- Leading change management process, preparation of change order requests (CR) and site instructions (SI), negotiation and agree with the contractors for both cost and quantities of variation works and preparation of variation orders (VOs)- Managing additional time and cost claims due to changes in laws, impediments from authorities suspension of site works and adverse climatic conditions.- Preparation of monthly cost reports.
