Built and established a social charter from the ground up with a team of two. In my 2 years there I grew the social community size grew by 61.47%, launched projects that have generated earned media worth 4 crores, appointed a dog at a CXO position and created a lot of positive word of mouth in the startup community.

Here I did some of the most exciting and impactful work of my career so far. Managed the India social charter for McDonalds, LinkedIn and Spotify. Shakespeare wrote King Lear in quarantine, I wrote 6 bangers for Netflix’s Diwali “Ad-free” Ad campaign that got us 1.16 Mn views and a hoard of baby elephants (Kyoorious). Again no King Lear, but I wrote the perf ads, the shitpost tweets, the OOH copy for 100+ uniquely contextual billboards and 30 odd apology scripts for Anil Kapoor and Nawazzudin Siddiqui for all the plans that’ll be cancelled for Netflix Streamfest. This was still relatively chiller than the 10+ hours of LIVE tweeting for the McDonalds Drive-Thru campaign on World Drive-Thru Day (yes it’s a thing) after spending the night coming up with 200+ car based riddles that’ll be put up in real time matching the car that’ll go through the McDonalds Drive-Thru in 3 major cities. This got me a migraine for days and McDonalds 3.5Mn Impressions, 66K mentions and had us organically trending at 29.

I was in the room when we hit the IPL 25 Mn concurrency and all of us knew that tomorrow in the All-Hands we’d pat ourselves on the back while secretly knowing it was all Dhoni. I was in the room when GOT Season 8 fumbled the bag no marketing efforts could salvage. I was in the room when Koffee with Karan was trending on #1 and I knew my Alia Bhatt meme probably contributed to 1% of that. Joined Hotstar when the social charter was just being set up and through my 2 years there witnessed and was part of massive pop culture moments for properties that the masses owned more than Hotstar.

I worked with BuzzFeed India as part of the editorial team, intially as an intern and later as a freelancer, to create shareable and relatable content for their webiste and social pages. The aim was to sometimes get a chuckle out of someone scrolling through their feed half awake or to make them spare a thought for things that matter. Other times, it was 'What If You Married A Pizza Lmao'.

I worked with RedBull as a Student Brand Manager (SBM) on multiple marketing campaigns, focused on students, spanning a host of colleges including NIFT Mumbai, D Y Patil, Jai Hind and such. The aim was to get students to sample the product while going about their everyday college life, festivals and even exams. These were all non-branded activations, making RedBull a part of the student's lives with the help of SBMs (me) instead of claiming their experience with branded comms.

I was hired as a culture-lifestyle intern for Tripoto. In my time there, I created content that aimed to inspire people to travel, explore their city, make the most of the long weekends and bring up the km reading on their car dial. My content spanned from unique religious festivals like Odisha's Navakalebara to a Delhi-wide 'golgappa' crawl (with a detailed map).

As an editorial intern for Storypick, I worked on shareable content for their website and social pages. In my short stint there, I was able to produce some timeless gems like 'If Rohit Shetty Directed Interstellar' or 'Why You Shouldn't Slide Into DMs Penis First'.
