Currently, I am working as the Strategy and Business Operations Head at Mercer Mettl, where I lead high-impact projects.In my role, I am responsible for leading business strategy, GTM planning and execution across different geographies and verticals, revenue operations, sales operations, financial reporting, and serving as a sounding board to the CEO in critical decisions.Prior to joining Mercer Mettl, I worked with Godrej Consumer Products as an Area Sales Manager for one of their largest territories, with an annual turnover of approximately 170 crore. During my tenure, I focused on sales management, trade promotions, and territory planning, and I achieved the highest-ever sales numbers for that territory.I hold a Masters (MBA) degree from the Management Development Institute (MDI Gurgaon) and graduated from Delhi College of Engineering.
