I have 09+ years working experience and currently I am working in Transfer Agency both Mutual & Traditional Funds in HSBC Srilanka.My key responsibilities are ;•Attend to BAU issues related to new and existing funds/clients whenever required and work towards quick solutions to support •Take complete ownership to provide 100% accurate Ops readiness sign offs to project/implementation teams on all new business implementations.•Ensure completeness of team end of day check, PLA trackers, Procedure updates and hand over trackers are auctioned on a timely manner.•Raise CRs, BRs and SR requests on a timely manner and escalate important developments and resolve TA platform problems.•Being client aware and contribute to a successful business implementation process in on boarding of new funds and be able to interact confidently with implementation team, BAs, Support teams to ensure that the Ops teams queries are communicated to the relevant parties.•Maintain Organisation internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.•I do capacity planning to meet SLA for the day with available FTE.•Ensure that appropriate segregation of duties controls are in place at all times.•Provide MIs on a regular basis to Ops Manager and Business Partners as required.•Conduct training to new entrants as well as to core workers.•Overall I monitor the teams’ performance and give the timely feedback which help the process to smooth run. I take the initiative to monitor the under performers and help them to achieve their targets.
