Urban Health Project with the MoHFW:- Support the National Health Systems Resource Centre in creating an implementation strategy towards building a resilient primary healthcare system in urban regions. - Conduct secondary and primary study to understand decentralised healthcare models, private and public stakeholders in the domain of healthcare and propose potential areas of convergence towards building a resilient primary healthcare system.- Support MoHFW in the financial components of 15th Finance Commission. Madhya Pradesh EdTech Project: - Led a team of 3 Project Associates as a part of the EdTech ProjectManagement Unit under the Principal Secretary, School Education Dept.- Created a strategy for the procurement of hardware, software and implementationservices to operationalize the ICT@Schools policy for ~2000 schools across 52districts of Madhya Pradesh- Conducted an extensive landscaping exercise with the project team to develop a point of view document on the current market for PAL(Personalized Adaptive Learning) and DCR (DigitalClassroom) software in India.- Managed multiple Govt. stakeholders by creating robust cadence mechanismstowards ensuring project objectives and timelines are met.- Co-drafted a project proposal with an annual work plan and budget for the SchoolEducation Department, Madhya Pradesh that was submitted to the Project Approval Board for AY 2020-21.

Key Responsibilities:- Set the vision, strategy and goal for the Northern region for recruitment for the recruitment cycles of 2016-17 and 2017-18 rooted in Teach For India’s current reality. - Captured and investigated data and evidence to analyze trends, monitored progress to goals, and adapted and iterated on strategies in the region. - Effectively managing Campaign Leaders from the best institutions in the North and interns and work towards recruiting the best young minds towards the Teach For India Fellowship. - Built and managed partnerships with a wide range of internal and high level external stakeholders of colleges across Delhi, Punjab and Haryana to build branding and outreach of Teach For India both regionally and nationally. - Collaborated with other national teams, regional teams and city teams for a strong referral strategy to identify and recruit the strongest applicants. - Key Achievements: Over 1400 applications in 2016-17( 14% over previous year) and 124 applicants being offered the Fellowship role.

I taught 70 under privileged children in class 6th and 7th for over 2 years in a low income government school in Jahangirpuri,Delhi.- Set the vision, strategy and goals for group of 70 Grade 6 Classroom in a low income school in Jahangirpuri. - Successfully achieved an average growth of 2.1 years in Reading and Comprehension levels of students in two years of teaching. - Achieved an average growth of 38% in Numeracy in two years of teaching. - Successfully collaborated and partnered with Pratham Foundation to set up an after school Student Learning Centre at I-Block,Jahangirpuri. -Successfully collaborated with Yuva Ekta Foundation to run theater workshops for the women and children of Jahangirpuri community.- Worked actively on content and curriculum with the Government school teachers in the school to drive a spirit of collaboration. - Set up a project named 'Teach a Child' where the students of my class took responsibility of one child in their community and teach them their desired content. Through the project, my students reached out to 15-20 children in their communities who did not go to school and started after school tuitions for them.- Worked as a Program and Outreach coordinator for Khel Khel Mein foundation wherein we impacted 6000 Teach For India and non-Teach For India classrooms through our annual sports league. - Worked on a research project on Sports for Development Model with Khel Khel Mein Foundation. The motive of this project was to intervene in two communities of Delhi, understand the landscape and design an S4D model for the community. - Worked as a Fellow Advisor to eight Teach For India Fellows and supported them with content and pedagogy for a period of one year. - Quiz-master for Asamanya Gyan, the annual Quiz competition for Umang (An annual TFI event) at SGTB Khalsa College. -Content and curriculum developer for InQuizitive, a TFI Delhi based project which started quizzing as an active extra curricular activity in classrooms

We are an organization working towards creating and establishing self-sustainable sports model in schools and communities. Our aim is to infuse enriching values like camaraderie, teamwork, perseverance, work ethics and mental strength in a child’s personality using sports as the medium. We also aim to create self-sustainable sports structures to promote experiential learning for children.My role in the Program team encapsulates-1) Managing and supporting Sports Mentors assigned to Teach For India Schools in Delhi.2) Ensuring proper delivery of training and curriculum to the TFI fellows and Sports Mentors teams.3) Creating and executing a framework for outreach where we,as an organization, reach out to a wider mass in Delhi and outside.
