Piling cast in situ driven 2911 piles up to 25 M depth, 300 mm dia., Planned excavation work, Pile cap around 316 nos of different groups & Coordination for Pile integrity test & Routine load test in fix time interval, Contractors & site management. • Responsible for DPR, WPR, MPR, Progress review Planned Vs actual, Engineering Drawing Control, Indent of materials as per planned work, Cost analysis of materials, review of Control Estimate & Budget time to time.• Monthly Reconciliation of Materials, Preparation of Bills- Contractors (Supply as well as Item rate)• Updation of DPR Client Billing on daily basis & all PRW bills around 30 nos in ERP (Enterprises resource Planning ) & Closure of all modules in ERP as per guide lines given by H.O on timely monthly basis. • In charge of Steel Treatment yard, Steel Cutting & Bending yard .• Reviewing of drawings and suggesting modifications to suite the site conditions• Coordination with Head office,regional office & project clients on daily basis for smooth flow of planned work to achieve set targets. .
