Taking action on the issues of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, which have remained inactive in parallel with the rapidly changing business world but are becoming increasingly important today, is becoming critical for institutions of all sizes. Of course, beyond institutions, work first begins with the individual.In this context, INAN Association (Inequality Awareness Network) is an institution that aims to increase diversity, equality and inclusion in the business world, to raise awareness on these issues and to develop sustainable solutions.With my experience in issues such as education, development and learning experience planning, I also contribute to individuals and organizations achieving a more inclusive and equal structure. And I care about the design of the actions and trainings we take to raise awareness in individuals first.I believe that as we gain awareness, we will understand each other's worlds better and be more understanding, more patient and more sharing towards each other. And I walk on my path together with INAN Academy.

Although technology, with the changing world, allows us to carry our books with us everywhere, to read books, we need experiences that will enable us to be lost in a completely different world. At this point, Hemdemle Kitap, which I have realized with the motto of "Read, Live, Share!", makes reading a more permanent experience / memory by embodying the imaginations of the readers who act while reading the book to their real world. Within the scope of this project, I determine a novel every month and turn it into experience tools by determining the elements associated with the characters of this novel and found in the flow of the story. I am bringing the book and experience tools to the reader as a surprise monthly box concept, with an experience compass addressed to the book as well. Thus, the reader can sometimes share the same view with the characters of the novel that month, and sometimes share the same sounds or the same flavors.

I design online trainings specific to the needs and competencies of institutions and employees, categorize educational content according to the target audience, integrate training package into their existing or a new LMSs. Reporting on users' access to content and post-training evaluations. Also, I manage projects, control the outputs of online learning materials.
