Logistics DepartmentResponsible for Customers: Renault Group, PSA Group,Nissan, Mahle, Faurecia, Magna etc. Responsible for Plants: Orhan Automotive France, Orau Orhan Nilüfer, Orau Orhan Gemlik Responsible for MAF Warehouse: Militzer and Münch Lyon, Gefco Slovakia, Gefco Czech*Controlling received orders and putting them into to the system (EDI, Web EDI, Mail). *Issuing delivery notes which are created by MAF warehouse to be invoiced. *Checking shipped references between Gemlik freezone and Bursa plants to assist import / export transactions.*Updating customers' forecast references stocks in the warehouses.*Creating shipment list ,which will be shipped to MAF warehouses, for production planning.*Preparing weekly production plan for Gemlik freezone plant.*Following production plan daily*Following returnable customer boxes' orders, stock, shipment process.*Collecting MRP data and running MRP.*Evaluating logistics shipment performances, finding solutions for reduced performances.*Following KPIs such as active references, freight outs.*Checking invoices which are created by MAF warehouses as repackaging, freight outs,returnable boxes.*Analyzing customer problems and finding solutions.
