Responsible from breakdown, maintenance and repair works of 16 terry machines in the weaving department, and 5 resistance cutting machines, 1 ultrasonic cutting machine and 1 ultrasonic mask machine in the confection department. In charge of the uninterrupted operation of the facility, as well as the projecting and commissioning of new machines.Since I was dealing with a wide range of machine scales during my work, I gained experience in troubleshooting the faults of drivers such as AC Drivers, DC Motor Drivers, Servo Motor Drivers ect.., PLCs, a lot of electrical electronic cards and circuits, and in the use of various measurement equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter that I used during the detection of these faults. Also i do mechanical maintenance all the motors and follow all the maintenances (AC, DC, Servo and step motors) for taking precautions agains possible engine burn. I gained practicality and speed in the assembly of all smd and dip electronic parts in the process of electronically card repair. I developed myself in reading electrical projects, which is an important detail in terms of fault detection. In addition to electronic cards, I also worked on electrical control systems, electrical panels, malfunction, maintenance and circuit monitoring. During my work I made Project drawings and then implemented the application about the electrical installation and cabling installations of two different departments that were added to the factory later. I made all cable and installation equipment selection, internal design and engineering calculations. I managed the implementation of the project and also worked within the team. In addition to all this, I worked for efficiency in the energy consumption of the factory and followed the electrical compensation.
