As an analyst at Alpha Wave Global, I specialize in valuing illiquid securities across various stages, such as early stage, growth stage, and late stage equity.Previously, I worked as a senior analyst at Houlihan Lokey for ~2 years, where I performed pre-deal valuation and fairness opinions for portfolio buyout and sale. I interacted with private equity firms around the world to understand their portfolios, and analysed using different approaches, such as income, market, and liquidation scenarios. Having been an integral part of the HL India team since its inception, I assumed a key role during the formative stages by contributing to establishing and operationalizing the office.I pursued BSc Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai and graduated in 2021, where I won a social entrepreneurship event and was a runner-up in a nationwide M&A case study competition.
