I created plans to make jobs safer and more efficient while organizing and eliminating waste.

I advertised, hired, trained, supervised employees. I prepared estimates, designed landscaping and ordered materials.

I inspected battery seals under a stereo microscope, measured defects with a comparator and diagnosed the cause of defects. I then made adjustments and/ or repairs to injection molding machines. I trained new employees, developed new visual aids and training techniques. I wrote job instruction sheets and trained existing employees to perform standardized work. I helped implement 5S into the company culture. I worked part time as a mold technician which required me to make adjustments, clean, repair and troubleshoot molding machines and programmed robots.
