As a store keeper it is my duty to,* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.* Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.* Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.* Pick, pack, and prepare orders as per outlet requirements l.* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.* Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.* Keep the store room clean, organized, and free from hazards.At the same time,*Checking and Exporting the Invoice Badges in ADACO.*ENT Duty meal checkup.*Assisting the cost contraller for month end stock countings and Inventory Reconciliations.

In my role as a store keeper, I am responsible for managing inventory, conducting stock taking, and overseeing the store operations. My duties include organizing the store and ensuring merchandise is stocked according to merchandising requirements and the business plan. And also handle settling merchandise purchases, including special orders, receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, as well as checking and exporting invoices to maintain store efficiency.
