I am currently helping out with administrative tasks for ‘Soul Network’, which is a members group which regularly holds events across London and in Portugal once a year. I have been keeping the books in order and helped with tasks in the lead up to ‘Soul In The Algarve’ which took place over 7 day duration in Alvor. As part of a team we were tasked with looking after over 500 people over a number of venues and building a relationship with the customers, to ensure they had the best time possible.

My roles included:- Training students & staff on Radio studio production, audio/ video editing skills (Adobe Audition & Premiere Pro) & etiquette in & out of classes.- Executive production of student shows on Award-winning school Station ‘Youth’s choice’ to ensure their content is to an industry standard. This includes helping with idea generation, sourcing music & contacting labels & PR for interviews (Notable guests being Jack Garratt & Declan McKenna).- Maintenance of nine radio studios, two television studios & control rooms, kit rental system & resources (including Software & Firmware updates)

Producer for 'Hungover With Jade Avia' on Radar RadioI am part of a 3 person production team in which we all play our individuals roles that overlap. These include:- Off air recordings- Editing and QC of content for air play- Management of Myriad Play out system- Equipment sourcing from the stations inventory of equipment- Updating social media - Guest and Staff liaison- Making sure the show runs smoothly and on time - Feature creation responsibility- Running the sound desk - Presenting cover showsI have become more involved with the 'Hungover' brand as a whole and had an 'Artist Liason' role, which also saw me looking after the Green Room at the last event in August, which was held in 'The Queen Of Hoxton'.

We are currently working on the relaunch of the station on the 27th, I am involved in the following activities:- assisting the search for new talent- helping organise school workshopsPrior to the relaunch I was a broadcast assistant one day week, ensuring the shows ran smoothly at all times.
