Versatile health care marketing, and health coach expert.Obtained a Master’s of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Springfield College, a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Nutritional Sciences from SUNY Buffalo, with internships in applied physiology. My passion leans toward whole food, and targeted supplementation as part of a treatment plan to complement medicines as a useful method to reverse disease states. Early experiences had me measuring pulmonary and cardiac function for those with disease states. Metabolic ultrasound and pharmacological stress testing are current areas that exercise physiologists are being tought.I am currently the General manager of a Lifestyle medical clinic offering aesthetics, bioidentical hormone and nutritional therapy, and nutritional lifestyle coaching/ weight loss. I was previously the administrator of American Sleep Medicine, with years in the corporate wellbeing industry using holistic health coaching ,intrinsic coaching and motivational interviewing methods to help clients, and companies get unblocked and pursue a lifestyle of wellbeing. However in spite of a science background I am much more of a hospitality, relationship oriented and extroverted personality type, rather than a data oriented or logistics person. My Myers Briggs is ENFP so the provider and community relationship building process and consulting with clients to help them regain hope to overcome emotional barriers and stress is what inspires me.Eric S.
