Nilesh Bubna is an experienced multi-faceted real estate investment manager who helped enhance and then led the portfolio management function at TA Realty for the commingled funds. As a partner, he also directly managed a diverse portfolio of real estate assets in various East coast markets and was responsible for the execution of multiple value-add and core strategies. He was also a voting member of the Finance, Portfolio Management, and Dispositions Committees and served as a co-portfolio manager for one of the firm’s largest separate accounts. As a Finance Committee member Mr. Bubna co-developed and maintained key relations with bank and life company lenders. In this role, he helped negotiate new funding and refinancing of floating- and fixed-rate debt facilities. He worked actively with the Acquisitions Group in the underwriting process for new investments in his markets. Mr. Bubna also developed and maintained relationships with investors and consultants across public and corporate pensions, endowments, foundations, and Taft-Hartley plans.

Prior to joining TA in 2009, Mr. Bubna was a senior manager at Ernst & Young, LLP in New York. In this role, he advised clients on their corporate real estate strategy.

He also worked with Arthur Andersen in London and Mumbai where he began his career as a management consultant covering various multinational client operations globally across the power, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare, media and technology industries.
