Limited Heritage one, Sec 62, Gurgaon - Design & service co-ordination with Architects & Consultants.- Cost Management - tracking and procurement of material.- Initial Budgetary Estimate & Tendering.- Planning, M.S.Scheduling, Monitoring of Project, preparing MOM and site documents, Vendors Bill Verification/Certification, & Commercial closure of Project.- Activities include Electrical, HVAC, Fire & safety System, Access control, PA system & UPS,CHILLER,DG,IT Networking .- Site Management to ensure proper quality and adherence to contract conditions and specifications by the vendors.- Implementing Project Management Techniques for successful Handover of the Project.- Monitor the execution of project, to complete in schedule time & quality.
