I was responsible for following activities-:Plan & Deliver Monthly Production Target.To Ensure Quality of Daily Production. Sequencing of production, according to order and dispatch.To Work on Productivity Improvement.To monitor daily production report.To Organize QC Table meeting regarding yesterday’s issues faced on the shop floor. Communication with operators regarding rejection.Communication with operators regarding absenteesm.To train operators how to safely use machinary.Support marketing team in case of any urgency.Apply engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling and production planning.Arrange the shifts schedule of the operators according to order and dispatch.To take initiative for monthly inventory and analysis the data.Develop accurate measurement standards to increase production, minimize non value added time.
