• Prepare monthly plan as per order received and inventory plan with lead time, ensure 100 % delivery performance• Raw material,finished goods sourcing for various products from different suppliers• Rate negotiation and raising POs as required • Monitoring of raw material and packaging material availability at various factories• Responsible to develop and timely communicate the monthly/weekly production plan to the factories• Techno-commercial discussions with the vendors on issues such as price, delivery schedule, quality etc. • Product quality compliance as per requirement• Ensuring minimum stock levels at different warehouse location like Antwerp, Dubai, USA and India• Factory audits and developing new suppliers• MIS reporting • Handling customer complaints, critical customer concerns and implemented appropriate solutions• Certification requirements like ISO 9001:2008, FAMI-QS and EU-GMP• Preparing product label and MSDS as per CLP guidelines• Standardizing and optimization the packaging of all our products, labelling and palletization (wooden, plastic, etc.)• Instrumental in setting blending unit, streamline lab facility and testing in India and China

As Senior Manufacturing Executive, part of core manufacturing team with clear responsibilities for Quality Assurance, Production, Planning of production & packaging materials,Utilization and Logistics. • Overall responsibilities of independently handling the outsourced plant operations• To plan production based on market requirement, coordinate to ensure availability of required raw and packing material• Production & planning to meet SKU wise target and to coordinate dispatch for Hub, WD, C&F• Dispatch planning and execution as per requirements of Hub, WD, C&F by road and rake• To work towards continuous improvement of product quality, food safety and plant/personal hygiene• Monitoring of process wastage and work to reduce the same, to deliver raw material and packing material utilization • Monitor plant downtime and work to reduce the same by focus on manpower and spares availability, preventative maintenance• Implementation of Quality systems e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, 5S. Take lead in implementation of requirements of these systems• Development and training of people on the shop floor• Regular review of plant performance, make action plans for continuous improvement of product quality, productivity, food safety, operating cost and coordinate with third party for implementation of these action plans• Interaction with raw material, packing material suppliers for timely feedback on supply/quality issues and resolve the same• Monitor all status of statutory compliance and ensure adherence
