After joining TCS in 2015, i was given the responsibility of training aspiring Business Analysts in various engagements in Financial Services segment. The course curriculum was based in IIBA - CBAP course and i trained 500+ individuals from various projects team in TCS across multiple locations in India.In mid 2016, i join Digital Transformation project for a leading private sector bank in India, as a Quality Assirance lead for delivery of new mobile app and revamped website. In short period of time, was given responsibility of Business Analysts stream also and handled both till my last day in TCS.In the BA part, managed complete requirements lifecycle and my team completed delivery of more than 200 business requirements and all of them are implimened.On the Quality Assrance side, handled team across multiple delivery locations and covered everything from assembly to Integration Testing, UAT Support, complete defects lifecycle , data cretion, data migration support, Performance and Security testing.

I joined Accenture as senior Oracle Developer but soon was deputed for implimentation of Oracle Core Banking Platform Or FLEXCUBE in one of the leading bank in Russia. Worked from Client location in Moscow till requirements phase and then supported the project from Mumbai.I worked on all retain banking modules like CASA, CIF, Loans in this project.Afterwards, was deputed in SAP banking implimentation in one of the biggest bank in Australia and was leading the Offshore Testing team, comprising of senior bankers, testers and business analystss.Worked for almost 4 years for this project and in various roles in On/Off shore. Covered modules like Deposits, loans and customer information.Also involved in automated testing development.On the similar lines , contributed from onsite in UK for SAP Banking implimentation in one of the largest public sector financial instituion in UK. After returning to India, for the same client, looked after complete offshore delivery from Bangalore, involved Testing Support, BA and production support.My last assigned in Accenture was for biggest bank in France and looked after change management and production support for bank's own software for the North America region.Also was lead for change release management team across all geographcal regions.
