Performed Construction productivity performance analysis as a part of course study at Engineering building III site of Skanska USA Building Inc. Gathered data and did activity sampling for onsite productivity studies using activity sampling-productivity rating, 5 minute rating, field rating to analyze the productivity performance of metal frame installation crew. Using crew balance charts and process charts, potential areas of improvement in the current method and process of installation were identified successfully. Productivity improvement measures were recommended by developing new crew balance charts and process chart which resulted in productivity improvement by 40%.
