Involved in Project Appraisal, Monitoring & Review (Infrastructure Projects) As a part of Project Finance function, responsible for Loan Appraisals, preparation of Detailed Appraisal Report, presentations to internal committees for sanctions.  Working on the various Loan and Security Documents and ensuring meeting timelines as per Client requirement. Review of the various documents, preparation of detailed report on compliance so as to process timely disbursements Analysis of various infrastructure sectors, comparing peers, presenting business opportunity to Business group, discussions with clients regarding their funding requirements. Working with syndication team for syndicating of larger debt assistances and joint documentation As a part of Portfolio Management Group, responsible for maintaining the Quality of Loan book of IDFC by systematic evaluation of credit risk and implementing prompt review & monitoring process and also maintaining and developing client relationship. The role primarily involves: Review and monitoring of the operating and financial performance of the Projects / Companies / Corporate Groups  Flagging of assets that require special attention and working on action plan including Restructuring of assistance.  Tracking sectors and making periodical presentations on performance and future business opportunities  Building strong client relationship and pitching for new business opportunities Conducting /attending consortium meet, joint meeting of lenders  Discussions with Banks/ FIs regarding Debt Syndication and joint Loan documentation
