-Repaired and Maintained machines and equipment in a safe manner collaboratively working with production to return in good condition.- Identify and troubleshoot Automation & Controls related issues and help minimize the downtime of machines and equipment.-regularly scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and scheduled safety inspections.-Responsible for providing critical information regarding repairs and PMs to the Maintenance Team Lead.-Taking part in periodic meetings and answering maintenance-related questions.• providing updates on the status of maintenance-related tasks, broken equipment, and leftover repair work via email communication.• follow all the safety with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, service and repair the facility’s electrical equipment such asmotors, generators, pumps, and lighting systems.● Troubleshoot the hydraulics and pneumatics system.● Diagnose, program and repair automated equipment systems.● Perform routine preventative maintenance and follow-up work

-Time manages daily activities to meet required deadlines of job order combined with verbal collaboration with supervisor, including following prints, diagrams, and manufacturing information sheets.-Commissioning and quality check of full machine systems by troubleshooting the PLC and VFD programming.-Assemble and mount electrical, mechanical, and sub-assembly components on backplanes, into enclosures, structures etc. by following standard layouts.-Test, modify and maintain electrical circuits and equipment to fulfill requirements and Electrical code specifications.-Troubleshoot static and rotating AC and DC electrical machines and associated control systems.-Configure installation and safety codes apply during electrical cabling requirements and system grounding and bonding requirements for a variety of applications.-troubleshoot, Repair or Modify units as required using ELS safety procedures.
