Played a senior leadership role at Merrill Lynch with three key facets – business strategy executive, head of consulting and coaching, and DE&I Leader.Business Strategy Executive – partnered in designing an ideal Merrill wealth management client experience and how that experience would be delivered through a scalable and effective wealth management practice structure. Head of Consulting and Coaching - led the wealth management industry's largest team of executive coaches and business consultants located across US. We worked with wealth management advisors and their teams 1 to 1, 1 to few, and 1 to many through coaching, consulting, facilitating, and training. We covered topics ranging from building a vision to effective leadership to accountability and support teams at all stages, from formation to key partner succession planning.DE&I Leader – rebuilt and led a team dedicated to supporting the success of ML’s 500+ black financial advisors. I also served as 1 of 4 team leaders on Merrill's Executive Council for Diversity & Inclusion where I was responsible for the strategy and execution of initiatives in support of the success of all of Merrill's 5K+ diverse financial advisors.

Built out a national team of experienced executive coaches and consultants to drive business growth through team and leader development. Bespoke coaching engagements and programs focused on optimizing operational aspects of running a business and addressing behavioral dynamics amongst leaders and their teams. I also led the design, development, and delivery of a field-wide coach the coach program to enhance the effectiveness of our leaders as coaches and imbed coaching into the management culture at UBS. New, expanded role included scope of prior role and managing my successor day to day.

Led strategy and execution of UBS’s portfolio of new advisor training programs. My key responsibilities included oversight of 500+ trainees, including sourcing, assessment, training, tracking, incentive design, and performance management. I was able to concurrently develop UBS's next generation of planning-based financial advisors and drive a significant increase in financial planning adoption through leading 150+ financial planning specialists in both their own skill development and adding value to experienced advisors and their clients through holistic planning.

Worked to drive efficiency gains by leading corporate strategy projects related to operational efficiency, workforce planning, operating model design, business acquisition, and starting new business lines.

Designed KPIs and related analyses to assess manager performance and increase the profitability of a 4,000+ employee division managing over $220b in client assets. I also managed market entry and exit decisions during a major reorganization.

Ran projects and business development initiatives for an internal start-up; exceeded targets and grew from $100m to over $2b in assets under management over 11 month period.

Coordinated event logistics – from allocating hospitality packages to transport – for 10,000 guests and firm executives for the second largest soccer tournament in the world (after World Cup)

Completed UBS’s highly-selective corporate leadership development program which includes a series of rotations across business areas ranging from alternative investments to human resources.
