Regional Sales Manager Emea
CurrentKey Responsibilities :o Responsible for Oilfield, Mining and Organoclay business within EMEA Region with Net Revenue of €80 Mn and leading team of 10 Account Managers. o Legal entity head for Nouryon ME, responsible for managing relationship with stake holders and implement governess model to comply with local law of land.o Align Regional Sales team’s objectives with Global Strategy by participating in global strategic planning.o Regional Sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting in coordination with aligned business functions.o Manage and develop multilevel and Multifunction relationship with Key customers and stake holders.o Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment suitable for each Industry application.o Deliver assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.o Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provides stewardship of sales and sales management talento Involve and support tolling & warehouse projects with core functional team to create infrastructure to support growth ambition
