Working as an FTE for a UK-based Aerospace and Defence client. The responsibilities include:1) Intelligence: includes preparing market intelligence, competitive intelligence and supplychain insight reports according to client’s objectives2) Strategy: includes developing logistics and supply chain strategy, market entry strategy,contracting best practices and pricing models3) Benchmarking: includes benchmarking companies by products and services, financialstability, KPIs etc. to derive insights and provide recommendations to the client4) Consulting: includes supporting clients on challenging projects by providing theminnovative solutions in supply chain
