Finding systemic patterns in the organisation and understand their reason of existence. Together with the 3 directors of Breman, bending less useful patterns toward useful ones, creating new behaviors and culture.Facilitated off-sites for all directors of the 22 branches divided over 6 divisions, and managers of generic services. Goal was to create concrete plans to execute the mission, vision and strategy of Breman Installatiegroep, with input from trends and developments in the sector, ambitions of the divisions themselves and feedback of customers.

Responsible for all IT of Breman Installatiegroep. Working with a team of 22 enthusiastic and committed craftsman, delivering E2E service to all users in Breman.

In implementing this digital architecture, I was responsible for the way of working of the 35 teams and processes around them. Next to this operational responsibility, I designed the Target Operating Model (TOM) and way of working for the future state and addressing behavioural aspects of the change.

Next to the operational responsibility to all teams, defined the new IT strategy, implemented the sourcing strategy, new ART layout and a reorganisation that helped Essent to become a DevOps organisation.

Coached in all SAFe related rituals, improving collaboration, creating flow and making sure the primary process (delivering value to customers) is facilitated. Agile Coach in 2 ART's, improving Scrum rituals, reducing waste and coaching the RTE, Product Manager and Architect in facilitating their teams. Implemented Operational Management to support a healthy performance dialogue at all levels. And coach to the MT IT Delivery to stimulate collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

IT Manager of 6 DevOps teams (45 employees) in the Payments domain of ING. Very diverse teams with over 15 nationalities, onshore and offshore, guided them through 2 reorganisations and changed mindset, so teams started taking more ownership and responsibility.

Implementation of the Agile mindset, and Scrum methodology in Wholesale Banking Services, Global Digital Channels & Payment Services. Trained all PO's, Scrummasters and Management. Managed a team of 10 Agile coaches and started >50 DevOps teams. Executive coach to the CIO of Payments and his Management Team.

Manager for both the Product Owners of INGs Mobile Banking App from its first release, and of the PO's working on the Security of MijnING.nl. Total of 7 DevOPS teams. The App has won a remarkable number of prizes these first years, because of the innovations, high frequent releases, listening to feedback of customers, security and perfect in its simplicity.

Transition lead for the very first Agile implementation within ING: implementing Agile mindset, and Scrum methodology in Value Chain Internet. Lead of a team of 5 coaches, working with >25 DevOPS teams. Goal was to become more reliable and predictable in delivery, generate more business value and to speed up delivery. We achieved the results: within 1,5 year the output increased to 400%. Employee satisfaction increased 20% and collaboration between business and IT had improved tremendously.

Gained broad experience in applying Lean Six Sigma and Operational Management in teams, departments and in end-to-end process chains. Coached and trained many starting Black Belts in their Lean projects.
