Appreciate the different kind of witnesses (difficult, vulnerable etc) and accordingly the different ways of conducting witness's interviews e.g. by telephone, in person etc.Awareness of how the senior solicitors preparing and conducting their investigations and kind of questions they will ask. I was amazed by the information and knowledge that I gained by simply absorbing and listening to the solicitors conversations and discussion about their cases and how they will argue them.Going through the medical reports and drafting summaries of events in chronological order then save and file them via the staff's electronic case management system were new and very interesting experience.
