• Execute the transaction and management of major key accounts in US retailing market (e.g., Wal-Mart, Macy’s, Target, Costco, Crate & Barrel, Mar-Maxx) with an annual turnover of 3 million USD.• Coordinate the cross-functional team comprised of members from design, production, quality, logistics and sourcing departments to ensure different customer needs and demands.• Analyze competitors’ product offerings in terms of features, benefits and pricing conditions. • Exhibit both local and international fairs and trade shows to follow up with the new trends in the market and make customer visits in order to take orders and increase sales.• Make international customer visits in order to increase sales and fulfill customer needs• Accomplish working with Costco and Macy’s on direct basis without intermediaries and increase the annual turnover by %25.• Lead Stock Management Project.
