- Training new and existing clients including hospital and office basedstaff on behavioral healthcare practice management software package,- Identifying and Evaluate Technology Solutions,- Work with Cross-Functional Teams,- Problem Solve and Troubleshoot,- Onboard New Users- Trains users on software and hardware,- Identify Potential Issues,- Helping in the improvement of the new system,- Corrects data-entry errors and performs routine maintenance,- Assist in testing new applications and application changes,- Monitoring the process of cycle counting, Hospital Warehouses,- Testing desktop applications,- Producing test documentation, including bug reports and designing test cases,- Assist and support in achieving departmental goals and objectives,- Provide advanced application support to effectively utilize the system infrastructure andresources,- Provide direct assistance to users((Doctors, Nurse, Pacient Admission clerks, management etc.)in using and interpreting software tools and products,- Involved in all new system implementations (Tenay, RMS, Blood Bank),- Interact with IT software team from Turkey to provide best solutions from the problems andbugs.

Providing financial services to Customers(providing money transferand other financial services),- Ensuring data quality and validating customer data, data analysis and research, preventing anddetecting fraud, debt and theft, improving products and sevices and operations, and marketingproducts, services and programmes

Monitors wire system and performs assigned tasks and functionsincluding: validating system status of completed wires from previous day; performing wire end ofday activities; resolving exception wires, service messages and transfers throughout the day;- Controlling the Incoming payments with payment order and Outgoing payments with paymentorder;- Accepts external phone calls from other banks regarding status of received or sent wire transfersand from telephone wire service clients.
