Ombudsman under the National Health Insurance Law, is a unit that operates within the Ministry of Health, and its role is to investigate complaints from the public about health funds and service providers on their behalf, in accordance with the State Health Insurance Law. The Ombudsman Office was established in 1995, in accordance with Chapter IX of the State Health Insurance Law.Any person who believes that his rights under the law have been violated is entitled to file a complaint to the Ombudsman , which, after receiving the HMO'sposition, decides whether the complaint is justified or not. The Ombudsman's decision is binding. The Ombudsman's office includes 23 employees, lawyers and administrative staff handling public inquiries regarding the National Health Insurance Law.

I am responsible for the Legal Advisory Services in the field of medical technologies at the Ministry of Health, providing legal advice to the Technology Administration, the Pharmaceutical Department, the Medical Equipment Division, the Cosmetics Division, and other departments in the Ministry; Responsible for the handling of administrative, civil and criminal legal proceedings relating to medical technologies and the concentration of the legal position of the Ministry; Responsible for administrative enforcement and imposition of financial sanctions in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical technologies;Responsible for initiating legislation and drafting procedures in the field of regulation of medical technologies; managing several lawyers in the legal department dealing with this field under my supervision;
