IMPACT initiatives is a Geneva-based NGO and the largest independent data provider in contexts of crisis to enable better and more effective decision-making for humanitarian and development stakeholders. I help achieve this mission as a Sr. Data Officer at the Africa & Europe unit of the IMPACT Research Department.

Sleepiz is a digital health spinoff company from ETH Zurich. Innovative startups need to expand new R&D collaborations, acquire funding, and engage with multiple stakeholders. At Sleepiz, I was responsible for R&D Project Management, Sustainability strategy, and Grant acquisition activities.My tasks:- Leading innovation projects in digital health (worth CHF 3M+)- Public funding acquisition activities including grant preparation for several EU and Swiss funding instruments- Product sustainability and Life-cycle assessment (LCA)- Requirement analysis, Study protocols, Usability assessment, End-user surveys- Project management, Risk and Quality management, Defining and Tracking KPIs - Defining project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and financial reporting- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

- The "Statistics Lab" workshop at the Seminar for Statistics provided statistical consulting exposure working on real-world datasets and involved data analysis, scientific reporting and presentations to clients from the industry.My tasks:- developed data mining algorithm and analyzed web logs for evaluating redesigned web pages of the information portal of the City of Zürich (www.stadt-zuerich.ch). - built quantitative models to successfully examine a steam turbine failure based upon the onsite data for Sulzer Innotec, the research and development unit of the Sulzer group. - Tools and methods: R, LaTeX, graphical analysis, time series, multivariate regression, machine learning, additive models.

Supported client obligations as part of an international team. Successfully developed vital software enhancements for existing nursing healthcare solutions.
