As a result of my accounting studies, I almost always worked in the economic field, mostly at multinational companies and shared service centers, occasionally in educational institutions. Have experience on both the customer and supplier side, and spent a few years in the supply chain area, as well as in sales as a back office colleague. In the last few years mainly dealt with the registration and administration of fixed assets.More than once I was selected for newly created positions, in which played a significant role in the development of new work processes. As a precise and quick learner, received offers several times to fill another position within the current company where it was needed, and was also trusted to perform supervisory, controller and coordinator tasks.Appreciate predictability, and as an HSP, the smallest details and the circumstances are important to me. This means I like to fully understand or see through the tasks right at the beginning, and e.g. know the deadlines, have the relevant information and tools, because it helps me to plan and perform my duties as well as possible. I have a sense for finding the reason of discrepancies. Happy to develop methods to simplify the work, such as Excel tables used formulas, etc. I am known to be empathetic and a good listener. I prefer to work in part independently, on the other hand I am very glad to fit into a well-functioning and friendly team.Since 2017 I was a volunteer for five years (including being president for two years) of a non-profit association dealing with animal protection.Creativity has always been important in my life (drawing, painting, photography, craft activities). Since 2021 my beloved hobby is photography, especially sports photography. My subjects are mainly runners, runner clubs and running events. Besides, I like to read books and watch movies, take a walk or hiking in the nature, and enjoy practicing yoga.I can recharge my batteries and maintain my attention best in a calm and quiet environment.
