-SFDA medical devices registration service-Consultancy service- Assisting the clients to group the number of products to be registered in order to reduce the costs of registration.-Provide an excellent regulatory services to Clients- Providing a conference call to Clients to give more information about the SFDA regulations to be able to speed up the process of registration.- Have attended on workshop with SFDA from time to time in order to be updated on the regulations.- Registering all product lines of the Clients through SFDA.

-All SFDA tasks(MDNR,MDEL,MDMA,PCS).- Update the registration status of each products at Netsuite system.- Assisting on classification of products at MOHAP UAE.- Checking of product registration prior to shipping

Registration Process Activities- To assist in developing and maintaining a regulatory database - To assist in performing registration activities- To monitor publications and website information from federal regulatory agencies to gain current information concerning changes in regulatory policy- To monitor and set timelines for licence variations and renewal approvalsDocumentation Activities- To follow up with suppliers regarding their documents to ensure the registration process of their products in the Saudi FDA- To analyze the certificates before it applies to Saudi FDA Systems- To collect the required MDMA documentations for registration such as product labels, instructions for use, product brochures and other related documents- To check the items of shipment to make sure that the items are registeredOffice Related Activity- To create new items in AX system upon the request from salesmen or product managersReport- Prepare a montly report regarding the status of registraton in Saudi FDA

- Dispenses medication and supplies to customers- Monitoring the availability of drugs and its expiration date- Supervising the Pharmacy Assistant and other staff in dispensing medicine- Advising the customers/consumers in proper intake of drugs and its adverse reaction- Recommends generically equivalent products to the customer when the brand prescribed or requested is unavailable or if the customer requests for a cost-effective alternative- Encodes customer’s prescription regularly within the day in the Prescription Book- Maintains organized filling of prescriptions- Dispenses and records prescription and dangerous drugs according to the existing FDA and PDEA regulations- Ensures that appropriate information is given to patients purchasing OTC Drugs- Ensures that quality of medicine is maintained through proper handling and storage at any given time- Counter checks prescriptions and drugs prior to their dispensing to ensure their correctness and accuracy- Performs reconstitution and compounding of prescriptions when required- Keeps the compounding area neat, clean and orderly- Performs cashiering functions in the absence of a Cashier or as scheduled by the Branch Officer- Checks and receives deliveries from DC and suppliers as designated by the branch officer- Identifies and separate items to be returned and ensures compliance on existing Returned Goods Policy- Prepares documents and oversees the actual return of Rx items to the Central Warehouse- Ensures that the required safekeeping of dangerous drugs as required by PDEA is implemented- Performs other related duties which may be assigned from time to time- Attends staff development programs relevant to the work- Attends branch meetings and Pharmacist’s meetings
