A dedicated professional withover 5 years of experience as a volunteer Teacher. Self-directed,enthusiastic dedicated and a progressive professional educator who can organize and lead the activities designed to promote physical, mental, social and moral development . Help students develop critical thinking ,creativity ,problem solving abilities as well as scientific and logical thinking .Adopt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the students varying needs and Interests. I believe education/learning is a life long process for both children and teachers and children should be free to learn at their own pace, as I also believe in 'Child Centred Education' . I have written a Research paper on In-service Teacher Education. I have even qualified CTET paper 1 and 2. I also believe in' learning by doing' and Enquiry based learning - where the child can learn through experience both in and outside the classroom by taking part in history co-curricular activities like History club, History Magazine, having a history museum in school, History laboratory ,visit to historical Museums,historical building, etc. I can develop Individualized Educational Plan(IEP)according to the various educational needs of the children and can identify students with special needs and offer them guidance and support according. Being an English/History/SST teacher I evaluate not just on the basis of academic knowledge by also values and skills through Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) which makes a qualitative improvement in learning and thereby help in the all round development of the student.
