- Spearheaded Go-to-Market (GTM) for UFG (Ultra Fast Grocery) launch and new store launches in UAE with focus on navigation, customer messaging, marketing strategy.- Led setup for marketing and customer insights reports and deep dives on KPIs.- Created and executed the Promotions strategy and responsible for customer lifecycle strategy for UFG across different stores.- Currently leading the event planning for UFG, with key focus on target setting on key metrics, marketing and incentivisation plan.- Lead POC for conducting VoC surveys and focus group and introduce products and programs that delight the customers
