Current• Lead Training Design and Implementation: Spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development strategies including onboarding and business training across departments, impacting over 100 employees, 460 contractors and over 500 chief executives.• Learning Program Development: Lead content design and deliver trainings for various organizational projects and priorities in collaboration with senior leaders and subject matter experts driving employee engagement and reducing skills gaps.• Data-Driven Management: Utilize metrics and insights to monitor effectiveness of learning programs, making data-informed enhancements to continuously optimize outcomes and support business transformation.• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives that result in adoption of new technologies and methodologies across the organization.
