Hi,I'm niloofarArt has been an inseparable part of my life since I can remember. My first acquaintance with clay and the art of ceramics was when I was 6 years old in an art center, where my mother took my sister and me. It was an amazing experience that introduced me to a new world. At the age of 12, I made my decision about my interest and my future career; I definitely had to become an artist and I couldn't imagine myself in any other way. At 16 I chose graphics in an art school as it was a broad field that included all the artistic aspects I was interested in. Later I studied graphics at university and I remember how excited I was when I took the particular courses in ceramics that our school offered one semester, it was then that I realized how much it means to me to work with clay and create forms with my hands.After my graduation, I started working as a graphic design artist. Then I took various private classes in prestigious and well-known ceramic studios and workshops in Iran with different professors in the field of making clay and ceramic bodies, glaze and learning how to make reproduction molds to make my production process more professional.My graphic design knowledge and expertise helped me a lot in understanding ceramics statistics and glazing, as well as designing my own lines of products. Later, I started my own ceramic studio and implemented the thinking and ideas behind my designs that I had been thinking about for months before starting my art business.
