I would like to share my experiences and stories in the field of human resources with you. From a young age, I had a passion for the English language and decided to study English translation at university. After graduation, I entered the workforce and during the first few years, gained various experiences in different areas. From translation consultancy to managing international projects, all these experiences helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses.Over time, I felt that the realities of human resources and its role in the success of organizations were more appealing to me. For this reason, I decided to continue my career as a human resources specialist. In this field, with high effort and determination, I managed to gain diverse experiences in various HR areas. From talent acquisition to designing training programs and performance evaluations, every new challenge that came my way was embraced with motivation and high flexibility.Today, with over four years of experience in human resources, my goal is to make a positive impact on people's lives and provide the best HR experience in all areas to any organization I collaborate with. With my unique perspective, I aim to promote positive relationships and create a work environment where every individual can become their best version.For me, human resources is a turning point that shapes an organization's success. By striving to improve recruitment processes, training and development, performance evaluations, and employee relations management, I aim to help organizations improve their performance and employee satisfaction as a professional HR consultant.In conclusion, with the aim of personal and professional growth, I am always taking steps towards improvement and progress.
