- Helping the operation to optimize workflow processes in order to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality by monitoring KPIs constantly and reporting the bottlenecks, analyzing root causes.- Operation planning on a daily basis before start of each shift ,send out KPI report middle of the shift and end of the shift.- Ensure operation will have a smooth handover between shifts for each and every departments. - Continuously improve workflow processes to adapt to changing business needs, market conditions, and technological advancements.- Building and developing SOPs for all processes.- Training user(supervisor level and above) on New established system, WMS, work flow, mechanical equipment.

- Help promote a safe work environment, enforcing health and safety practices and procedures,- Coordinate the workflow for the incoming goods, ensuring productivity targets, SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and productivity goals are met,- Coach and train new and existing employees,- Audit processes, performing analysis for process improvement,- Resolve issues related to shipments and ensure there are no escalations,- Monitor and update Inbound reports,- Collaborate with other departments to solve problems.

Providing regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members.- Work on any additional projects assignment by the supervisor.- Train Associates in the area of Safety, Return process and Quality factors related to it, also problem solving.
