Engineering Management is a team within Novo Nordisk focused on implmeneting Good Engineering Practices and Science- and Risk-based Validation in investment projects for new manufacturing facilities and revamps. We work as internal consultants for engineering-related matters. My tasks included:- Creation and review of standarised engineering designs- Creation and review of standarised tender packages- Leading a 5-people team to re-define the Project Execution Model in Novo Nordisk- Defintion of a strategy to implement agile methodologies in pharma investment projects- Definition of 3D and digital twin strategy - Implementation of various aspects of Good Engineering Practices in investment projects (commissioning, documentation, quality, etc.)

As a Project Engineer I contribute to the design of pharmaceutical factories. This includes doing P&IDs, routings, URSs, engineering reports... All these keeping in daily contact with my team, clients and providers.My work at the Sales Department consists on meeting clients and providers for new project opportunities, creation of project offers and contribute to the expansion of Klinea's name among the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries.

Working on the development of several biotechnological processes and doing some chemical analysis. Especially focused on a process where we are trying to obtain biobuthanol and biodegradable plastics (PHA and PLA) from lignocellulosic vegetable waste.
