Serving as client architect in the area of desktop virtualization focused on Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, as well as VMWare as hypervisor and related backbone infrastructure for large scale outsourcing projects (>1000 user). Responsibilities include design and build of future mode of operation based on analysis of current mode of operation. This includes leading technical project work streams, trouble shooting, technical training delivery & technical operation manuals creation and IT architecture related ad-hoc consulting, whilst continuously developing and maintaining a close working relationship with the customer. Additionally supporting new customer engagements during bid phase, with subject matter expertise, workshops, POC installations and set-up of demo environments based on XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer, Provisioning Services, NetApp Filer, XenClient, Hyper-V, and IBM servers.

Responsibilities included account management of existing customer base to proactively drive technical improvements and acquisition of new customers. Focus was on preparation and conduction of solution workshops at customer site to generate service related business.

Responsibilities included project planning & roll-outs in areas of Marathon Endurance 4000/6200, Citrix Metaframe XP & Presentation Server 3.0, Microsoft Exchange, IBM & HP/Compaq server hardware and storage systems. Responsibilities also included onsite service support and remote maintenance.

Planning and maintenance of time management and access control systems for Novell Netware, IBM OS/2, Windows 95 and Windows NT based on Miditec 4000 and Bosch Tenodat 8xxx.
