Strong focus on IT service centralization and standardization following ISO-standards including a key accountability role for introducing ISO270001 and preparation for NIS2. Establishing a harmonized, unified and supported cloud platform and data center setup. Supporting business needs by providing inhouse consulting to the areas Finance & Controlling, Sales & Marketing, Service & QM, production & Logistics as well as project engineering, and technical expertise such as development, technical architecture and administration for the business applications in scope, i.e. SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Five9 and others.

Managing the business systems (SAP, Salesforce and other products) technology & software development department and integration team. Exploring and building custom applications, services and integrations on various platforms using different technologies (Google Cloud Platform, CloudFoundry, ...)

Establishing and managing a 24/7 application management support team looking after SAP products and others. Managing the SAP security team and taking care of audit relevant aspects from an operational perspective (ensuring compliances).

Starting with the usage reporting and analysis for our internal websites, I went on looking after the document management solution (DMS) at this time as part of the application management team and got the opportunity to explore and support our internal SAP solutions and got involved into the migration among different outsourcing partners as well. Later, I took care of managing SAP Basis related projects like upgrades, etc. and coordinate with other departments. Also, I got the PRINCE2 certificate in that context.

After having finished my vocational training to a qualified IT specialist, I have started as part the 2nd level support team which took care of 2 investment banking departments.
