With more than 12 years of experience in this field, I have a passion for making IP communications simple, transparent, and efficient for our customers, who use our online portal or API for their cloud communications, contact center, conferencing, or CPaaS use cases.My expertise in cloud communications and VoIP stems from my previous roles as the owner of OnTel, a consultancy firm that helps telecom companies streamline and optimize their commercial processes and interactions, and as the wholesale director of ACN, a global provider of essential services. In these roles, I created a pan-European business partner network, closed supplier contracts in 15 countries, optimized telecom costs of over 120 million euros, and increased revenue by 100% in the biggest country within two years. I also have a master's degree in econometrics and quantitative economics from Tilburg University and a certificate in strategy and development from IMD Business School.
