After 9 years as sales and marketing director and CEO of Holmen Paper AB I will now continue my work within Holmen Group as Director International Affairs - see pressrelease. Holmen Paper is a division of Holmen Group. Holmen Paper has three paper mills, a turnover of approx. 500MEUR, 900 employees and an annual sold volume of approx. 1100 ktonnes. Holmen Paper are the market leader of developing the new generation of MF-products, with higher gloss, better printability which contributes to higher effeciency and give important.

Head of sales and marketing department with an annual sales of approx. 700 MEUR. Responsible for European sales organisation including overseas agents, logistic and planning functions, pricing and volume allocation.

Responsable for procurement of recovered paper to Metsä Tissue's plant in Mariestad and Holmen Paper´s plant in Braviken.Strategic purchasing policy´s of recovered paper within Holmen Paper. Member of management team at Holmen Paperand member of the board of Pressretur AB, collection of recovered paper from households in Sweden.

Restructuring of Forbo Floorings parquet business. Outsourcing of production to Lithuania and closure of the plant in Tibro including negotiations with unions, selling of equipment, patent, machinery and property

Responsable for sales in the group. Private hold printing company mainly focused to print flyers and inserts for direct mail to the retail industry.

Market leader for printed magazines in Sweden. 50 MEUR in turnover and 400 employees. Initiated the changeover from analogue to digital technique by introducing CTP and the following rationalisation of the organisation. During my time as leader for the company, Sörmlands Grafiska installed 4 heatsed web offset presses.

Responsable for Nordic markets including Russia and Baltic states. Key account manager for Holmen Papers important business for newsprint supply to Bonniers and Schibsted. Developed new busines in the growing segment for direct mail togetherwith retailers and printers for flyers and inserts.
