Usability evaluation of Handelsbankens Internet Services for private customers with focus on user satisfaction properties. Based on human cognitive data processing a number of menu navigation systems were developed and tested with a user centered design approach. The result formed a foundation for decision making that the Interaction Design department could consult for future design choices. This position pertains to the final step in my university education.
