• Employee discipline and team performance, help employees address and resolve a wide variety of concerns• Resolve patient complaints.• Approve paid time off requests and submit departmental payroll• Employee batch corrections• Perform credit card transactions including voids• Batch out provider charges and submit to data entry personnel• Supervise neurological toxin orders as well as manage, Botox-Xeomin-Myobloc inventory• Manage invoicing and rectify account balances for neurological toxins• Respond to billing customer service inquiries• Managed transition of ICD 9 to ICD 10• Correct and rectify collection accounts• Reconcile and close out all front desk IDX batches• Complete morning cash/credit deposit in Sinai Central and take to cashier• Inform IDX and EPIC teams of any updates regarding provider schedules, codes, and fees• Manage report creation and internal J drive management• Credentialing: All initial physician insurance enrollment and updates, communicate with IPA and maintain signatures that are needed, keep updated licenses and information of the providers, maintain an excel sheet of provider participation with insurances.• All other duties as assigned by management
